Michael has been in REO since 1980 starting out before most knew what an REO was and has owned his own real estate companies for over 20 years. His client’s include most of the major lending institutions, Banks, mortgage companies, Fannie Mae and HUD and have consulted several lenders in setting up REO shops over the years. For the past 10 years with Century 21 he has been on the top 1% of agents in the United States including being #1 in both sales volume and units sold. He is now President and Owner of Xcel Properties.
